As an organization dedicated to supporting campus advocacy and prevention professionals, CAPPA proudly supports The Swan Center for Advocacy & Research's Anti-Violence Professionals Appreciation Week (APAW). The vision of APAW, to center the professionalism of this field and educate larger circles on the tremendous undertaking of daring to create a world free from oppression, furthers our larger mission and reminds our members that their work is vital.
In support of The Swan Center for Advocacy & Research's Anti-Violence Professionals Appreciation Week (APAW), the LC has committed to promoting this week of recognition and to highlight campus advocacy and anti-violence prevention professionals. We invite CAPPA members and their communities to join us in this celebration of APAW on November 1-7. If you are interested in personally nominating a Black anti-violence professional for APAW’s leadership spotlight, a nomination form can be found on the Swan Center website.
